Questionnaire
First, we will set you up in our online studio portal where you complete a questionnaire about your space, project requirements, and your design goals! We can then discuss virtually on Zoom or within studio.
Design Prep
Then, we gather as much information from you about your space and your style. You upload pictures, diagrams, measurements, and inspirational pictures that we can use to help us design a space that you will love!
Design
Next, we begin curating furniture, decor, paint colors, and finishes for your space, which is organized and displayed in a beautiful mood board and in 3-D Photorealistic images!
Final Plan
Lastly, we organize the space plan, a list of all the products, the design board, and 3D renders into a comprehensive e-design packet that will serve as a do-it-yourself guide to implementing the design yourself!

Every design we do includes 3-D rendering at no additional cost! We model all our spaces in three dimensions to ensure the scale of the selected products is correct for the space, the finishes and furnishings look cohesive together, and the client gets an accurate representation of the designed space.

E-Design Package
Our e-design packages include a space plan, design board, 3-D layouts, and a list of all products included in the plan with links for you to purchase! If you added a 3-D photorealistic image option as part of your package, they will be included in your comprehensive plan.
Furnishings & Decor
We curate all furnishings and decor from online sources available to the public. This gives you access to all the products, prices, and reviews so you can be in control of what you buy!
Entirely Online
We are proud to offer our clients access to our Arched Manor studio online portal powered by MyDoma! This is where we will communicate, share pictures, and post your final deliverables. Everything is handled online in one centralized tool.
Timeline
Our design time depends on the project package you select. The larger the room, the more time it takes to curate your design. However, our goal is to deliver a quality product to you in the least amount of time possible!
You May Be Asking...
Is the price the same for all rooms?
Yes, any room other than a kitchen, pantry, or bathroom can be applied to this e-Design package. These rooms include bedrooms, offices, family rooms, living rooms, recreational rooms, home theaters, nurseries, and sitting rooms.
How long does an E-Design project take?
It depends on many factors. First, it depends on the size of your space – smaller areas take less time than larger areas. Secondly, it depends on how quickly you answer the questionnaire and respond to our questions or requests (ex. measurements, inspirational pictures, etc.). However, in general, we aim to deliver your design as quickly as possibly and the average project duration is between 14-21 days.
Can I see my design in 3-D?
Yes! 3-D photorealistic images and layouts are included standard in every e-Design we do.
I have multiple rooms I need an e-Design for - how do I order?
Simply add this package to your cart for each room you want us to design. If you have an open floorplan, each space in that floorplan will need it's own package (ex. eating area, family room, foyer).
Do I have to order the products you include in the design?
No - you are under no obligation to order any of the items in your proposal! You can shop at your own pace and you stay in control of any/all ordering.
Is there a discount for more than one space?
Yes! A 10% discount is automatically applied in your shopping cart for all e-Design packages when you purchase more than one.
